BEARDS AND WICKS RETURN POLICY

At Beards and Wicks, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every handcrafted product we create.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee If you don't love it, just email us at support@beardsandwicks.com and we'll exchange it for you, no questions asked. If you prefer a complete refund, we're happy to process that too. Since our handcrafted personal care products can't be resold once they leave our workshop, we encourage you to keep the products or gift them to a friend who might enjoy them - it's a great way to share the Beards and Wicks experience!

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to contact us. We're committed to making things right, whether it's damaged products, missing packages, or simply not loving the scent.

How to Start a Return Simply contact us at support@beardsandwicks.com - no need to send anything back first. Our team will guide you through the process and provide return instructions if needed. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away at support@beardsandwicks.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges The fastest way to get your preferred item is to return what you have and place a new order. Alternatively, we can arrange to ship a replacement - just contact our support team to coordinate.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if necessary), we'll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days, though your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
